The New Accounts Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting both members and non-members with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves processing new membership applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurately encoded in the system, and assisting with the opening of new savings accounts. The New Accounts Clerk also supports the recruitment and education of new members, helping to achieve membership targets. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and updating member data, supporting marketing and youth programs, processing insurance products, and contributing to the generation of savings, share capital, and loans.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course with good scholastic records
  • Has strong analytical skills
  • Has strong customer service skills
  • Has high initiative
  • Computer literate
  • With good pleasing personality
  • highly trainable fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
