Job Description:

  • 6 months project based
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new promos
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Upholds Mitsukoshi Customer Service Values. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Excellent Transaction Accuracy and makes report of any discrepancies
  • Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
  • Cross- trained to Customer Service to handle merchandise returns and exchanges.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience as a Cashier, Customer Service in a retail environment
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish a good impression with customers.
  • Basic PC knowledge. Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
  • Good math skills
  • Customer Service Excellence-oriented
  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule based on the store operations requirements.
  • Have experience on selling beauty products is an advantage.
