The Sales Associate / Cashier plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth store operations. This position is responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, handling cash transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting sales environment that reflects the standards of Furs Class Industries Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently and process all cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Ensure proper issuance of receipts, change, and documentation for all transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area and sales floor.
  • Replenish shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and visual merchandising.
  • Uphold Furs Class Industries Inc.'s brand image through excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Comply with all company policies, cash handling procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of retail or cashiering experience (preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle stores).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic computer and math skills for cash handling and POS operation.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
