Position: Project-Based Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer

Work Arrangement: Flexible, Remote/Hybrid (as needed)

Compensation: Per-project / Per-deliverable basis

Role Overview:

We are looking for creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Graphic Artists and Graphic Designers who can collaborate with our team to develop high-quality visual assets for various projects. This is a project-based position, meaning work is assigned depending on project availability and specialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets based on project briefs
  • Create graphics for digital campaigns, branding, advertising, social media, and print materials
  • Collaborate with the creative team to interpret client needs and ensure brand consistency
  • Adapt and revise designs based on feedback
  • Produce final art files ready for print or digital use
  • Manage timelines and deliver outputs within agreed schedules
  • Maintain open communication with project managers and creative leads
  • Keep the creatives team updated with your work
  • At least once a week on-site for checking purposes of your work

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist and/or Graphic Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both creative and technical design ability
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, or 3D design
  • Strong sense of composition, typography, and branding
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work on a per-project basis

What You'll Do:

  • Create digital and print graphics for branding, marketing, and content production
  • Collaborate with our creative team on different multimedia projects
  • Produce high-quality final art and deliverables
  • Work on flexible timelines depending on project load

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Bonus: Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Reliable, creative, and able to meet deadlines
  • Open to project-based work
