Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Holder

With at least 15 years of experience as Head/Director in a BPO or Shared Service

company is an advantage

With experience handling bank Operations is a plus

Amenable to work either in Pasay or Taguig

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct demanding contact center operations, making sure that

outstanding customer support through every channel.

Create and put into action plans to enhance operational effectiveness, customer

satisfaction, and worker involvement

Monitor performance indicators (such as SLA, FCR, AHT, and CSAT) and make sure

they are in line with corporate objectives

Assure adherence to all legal and risk management specifications in a highly

financial environment that is regulated

Work together to support digital initiatives with cross-functional teams (IT, Product,

Risk, and Compliance).

Oversee training, development, and workforce planning programs to create a high-

performing group

Oversee cost optimization projects, forecasts, and budgets

Support strategic initiatives by acting as a vital point of contact for top internal and
