About the role

The Assistant Product Development Manager, supports the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products through market research, planning, coordination, timeline management, and effective communication.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new and innovative products
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Support the creation of marketing and sales materials to effectively promote new products
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future product development

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the lighting or electrical industry
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product development methodologies
