Job Description

  1. Prepares necessary documents (RFA, RFI, IWR, Hand-Over Docs, Incident Report - damages and like) pertaining to the assigned Scope of Works.

  2. Prepare and Update the QAQC Checklists and Monitoring of Works.

  3. Attend QAQC Meetings and facilitate QAQC / Operations Toolbox

  4. Communicate and Coordinate (inc. initiating of Joint Inspection) with Owner's Rep, trade contractors, subcontractors and workers

  5. Gives detailed instruction, not limited to checklists and sketch to workers on how to execute the works

  6. Prepared schedule of works and manpower assigned to each work

  7. Prepared QAQC report and Project Daily Report

  8. Basic knowledge on Accomplishment Update Report, correspondence and Supplementary Works.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architecture

  2. 3-5 years construction project experience in either or all of the following areas – structural, civil, architectural and finishing works

  3. Willing to work over regular working hours

  4. Proficient in MS Office

  5. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

  6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino

  7. With utmost dedication and commitment to work and can work under pressure

  8. Strong attention and familiarity to plans, specifications and details.

  9. Knowledgeable on QA/.QC Standards and methodologies of Construction system.

  10. Communication and coordination skills with Owner, colleague, NSCs and workers
