Job Title: Admin Dispatch
Job Level: Supervisory
Area: Metro Manila
Reports to: Nationwide Operations Head
I. General Description
The Truck Dispatcher's job is to schedule drivers to pick up and deliver loads to customers
or vendors. He is also responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver daily logs for errors
or violations and monitoring drivers' working hours and equipment availability. Another part
of the job is knowing the weather of all your drivers' locations in order to flag potential
issues. There are numerous computer programs to aid dispatchers in their job, but much
of the work requires good intuition and knowledge of the industry.
II. Detailed Function
- Ensure the proper processing and documentation of cargoes to be retrieved from the
client premises.
- Follow up the logistics of client bookings to ensure client cargoes are retrieved from
client premises and delivered to the container yard (CY) at the agreed time.
Visually countercheck that all cargoes loaded or unloaded are in good condition.
Countercheck and confirm that the quantity of cargoes loaded/unloaded onto/from
container vans or trucks matches the cargo documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgement by client pertaining to cargoes
not loaded, damaged or any item/issue not compliant with the cargo documents.
Ensure that cargoes are properly sealed and ready for transit.
Collate and submit all required documentation for billing purposes.
Report booking status on a regular and consistent basis.
Ensure the proper execution of the procedural inspection and correct documentation
on the receiving and delivery movements of both loaded and empty containers at the
CY.
Maintain own logbook to properly document and record operations.
Maintain good and professional relationship with on-site personnel of clients.
Utilize RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System, if applicable.
Abide by all company rules and policies with regards to conduct and safety.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
