  • Invoice and Payment Processing: Verify and process invoices; resolve discrepancies with finance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records, contracts, and generate purchasing reports.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure purchases meet company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general procurement tasks like data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Prior purchasing or administrative experience is preferred; entry-level candidates considered.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to negotiate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or purchasing software a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Must be willing to work in BOCAUE BULACAN.
