SALES ENGINEER

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in air conditioning system (HVAC) is required
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
• Resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances
• A natural team player but can work independently if needed

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Time will be split between the office and visiting clients; visiting these on a weekly basis. Will travel to trade shows and conferences regularly, especially if the client is international based
• Will be expected to gain experience in your field, develop product/service knowledge, and build your reputation in technical sales.
• Will be expected to produce results by sales and breaking into new market
• Must continually enhance your expertise through relevant training courses.
• Gaining professional qualifications is likely to boost your career prospects
• Prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange deliveries
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment without compromising the unit's integrity
• Exceptional negotiation, argumentation and analytical skills paired with strong organization, self-management and decision-making skills
