We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master with Project Management (PM) support experience to drive the successful delivery of multiple platform-related initiatives.

This role is focused on Agile leadership, stakeholder coordination, and structured project execution rather than deep technical development expertise.

The ideal candidate excels at leading ceremonies, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agile Facilitation & Team Support

• Lead and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives, Reviews.

• Ensure Agile principles are followed and continuously improved within the teams.

• Support 2 product groups simultaneously, driving healthy sprint performance and team accountability.

• Identify and remove impediments/blockers to ensure delivery remains on track.

2. Project & Delivery Management

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of assigned Platform projects (not including large strategic initiatives), including timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation actions.

• Convert business and technical requirements into structured delivery items (deep technical knowledge not required, but ability to speak PM/engineering language is important).

• Ensure alignment to SDLC processes and release frameworks.

3. Reporting, Tracking & Governance

• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and leadership reporting (e.g., SteerCo decks, PMO quarterly submissions).

• Track OKRs, delivery metrics, and project milestones while ensuring visibility for leadership.

• Maintain documentation and ensure project artefacts meet internal standards.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with Platform Owners, Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and drive clarity on priorities and ownership.

• Build strong communication paths across teams and foster a collaborative delivery culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Project Manager.

• Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban) and ability to coach others.

• Proven track record in facilitating ceremonies and driving team accountability.

• Experience managing multiple parallel projects or product streams.

• Solid understanding of SDLC and technical delivery lifecycle (coding experience not required).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to prepare structured management-level reports and presentations.

• Certification(s) such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is a plus.
