Senior Architect

1. **Basic function:

1.1.1. The planning and design supervisor prepares designs, writes specifications, and provides recommendations to management for new projects.

Reports to:

1.1.2. CMD Manager

1.1.3. VP Operations

2. **Duties and responsibilities:

2.1.1. Shall be responsible for planning and design of upcoming new projects.

2.1.2. Leads a team of Junior Architects and draftsmen in the preparation of drawings and details.

2.1.3. Responsible for preparing schematic design drawings to construction drawings.

2.1.4. Prepares material specifications.

2.1.5. Responsible for the supervision, reviewing, and monitoring of submittals from consultants for the project.

2.1.6. Attends meetings with the operations group for project updates, concerns, and resolutions.

2.1.7. Performs related duties as required.

3. Qualification requirements:

3.1.1. Licensed Architect.

3.1.2. At least 5 years of working experience with a background in vertical and horizontal planning and design.

3.1.3. Knowledge in applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws (i.e. National Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree (PD 957, Economic and Socialized Housing (BP 220)

3.1.4. Proficient in Architectural Programs and Software (i.e. AutoCad, Lumion, Photoshop)

3.1.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3.1.6. Good supervisory skills and keen to details.

3.1.7. Required spoken and written language: English, Filipino

4. **Key Performance Indicator

4.1.1. Ensures compliance with the department's targets and reports requirements.

• Willing to be assigned at Tanza, Cavite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
