About the role

DDC LAND, INCORPORATED' is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Tanza Cavite. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and architectural vision for our prestigious real estate projects. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of innovative and challenging projects within the design and architecture industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and design team members
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of design standards, processes, and best practices within the company
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the architecture industry

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a senior architect or in a similar role within the design and architecture industry
  • Proven track record of leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong technical expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Proficient in project management, budgeting, and client communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior architects
  • Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and design standards
