Job Summary:

The Designer is responsible for creating visual design, art execution through 2D or 3D animation, graphic design, and video production. His/her task also includes creating corporate videos for digital marketing, social video, or client/customer information videos. He/She will also develop graphic design for promotional materials, in store designs, signage, product labels and advertising requirements (online & prints) using software to meet the creative requirements of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Creatives Development

1.1 Gets all pertinent details of the design requirement

1.2 Research on creative pegs

1.3 Conducts product photo shoots or document store opening as needed to complete design material

1.4 Prepares and submits initial studies

1.5 Provides design perspective or mock-up to see the over-all look

1.6 Proof-read all design elements before finalizing

1.7 Sends the hi-res and ready-to-print file to supplier

2. Design Output Management

2.1 Employs necessary lay out techniques

2.2 Research and selects type of materials, size, texture, and color as required

2.3 Meets or coordinates with supplier for innovative design or media and print material trends

3. Graphics Quality Assurance

3.1 Ensures file resolution is in its best quality before sending to supplier

3.2 Coordinates with printer supplier for vital details

3.3 Requests for proofing for modern designs

3.4 Checks color and correctness of submitted file

3.5 Recommends best proof of graphics to be printed

3.6 Co-approves best proof material to follow

4. Store Graphics Audit

4.1 Conducts store ocular once every quarter

4.2 Checks on signage and marketing collateral if professionally installed

4.3 Recommends replacement or improvement on graphics or signs as needed

4.4 Reports result of store Audit and recommends action to be taken

4.5 Requests necessary action plans for approval

5. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Fine Arts, Advertising, or Multimedia Arts
  • At least two (2) years experience as Graphic/Multimedia Designer
  • Excellent in design software (Illustrator, Photo shop, etc.)
  • Possesses creative versatility, conceptual and visual ability, and originality
  • Keen on quality of image and resolutions
  • Knowledgeable in photo shoot of product or food shots, photo editing
  • Have professional approach on deadlines, costs, and attention to details
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Good people skills
  • Microsoft Office literate
  • Able to work full time and on-site in Pasig City.
