Merchandising Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and manage stock transfers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and assist in forecasting demand.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support the setup of in-store displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and product details.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to execute merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of retail math and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with sports products is advantageous.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
