  • A graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 1-year of working experience in Sales and customer service.
  • Sales driven and customer oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts, highly organized and able to coordinate well with the team members.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn/trained.
  • Assigned at Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participates lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers.
  • Selling of products and services of the company.
  • Collaborate with relevant/related departments to identify and continuously improve selling methods and shorten selling cycles.
  • Sales Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers; Gather information about customers' business products and process, and their transportation challenges.
  • Find, Grow and Keep Customers: Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with customers; lead generation; research and qualify new leads; contact customers to solicit sales.
  • Pricing proposal: Prepare a sales proposal to target the needs of customers.
  • General Account Management and Services; execute implementation plans with customers; Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met; identify barriers to successful implementation and recommend ways to remove or minimize the barriers; contact customers to find out how well the solutions are meeting their business needs; maintain good relationship with customers.
