The Company Nurse/Occupational Health Nurse will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees. You will be responsible for providing first aid treatment, managing medical emergencies, and promoting health awareness programs within the company. As Company Nurse/Occupational Health Nurse, your primary focus will be on maintaining a healthy and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

· Implements the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures

· Ensures company's compliance to OSH standards, DOLE, and BWC standards, BFP and other government health and safety regulations, where applicable

· Provide basic healthcare needs to employees, which includes dispensing over-the-counter medicines, administering first aid when needed, and evaluating employees' overall health.

· Medical surveillance in the workplace; On-site medical surveillance

· Maintain the inventory of medicines and other medical equipment required in the clinic

· Make reports for the management of all the employees being given treatment

· Ensure safekeeping of medical records and its confidentiality

· Assist the Company Physician in his duties, both on-site and during official business trips to regional offices of Angel's Burger Group of Companies

· Provide complete job safety instructions and proper orientation to all workers, in coordination with the rest of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Department

· Work closely with employees to raise healthcare awareness

· Maintain a safe working environment by inspecting the company for possible health hazards

· Supervise overall medical clinic operations and ensure all compliance and requirements

· May assist in HR functions, specifically in employment clearances and monitoring

· Performs other related functions that may be assigned within his capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
