Are you a financial strategist with a passion for accuracy, compliance, and driving business success? We're looking for a Company Comptroller to take the lead in shaping our company's financial future

What You'll Do

As our Company Comptroller, you will:

Lead Financial Operations: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with PFRS/IFRS and regulatory standards.

Drive Budgeting & Forecasting: Build annual budgets, analyze variances, and guide leadership with financial insights for strategic decisions.

Strengthen Internal Controls: Safeguard assets, ensure audit readiness, and maintain compliance with BIR, SEC, and labor regulations.

Manage Cash Flow: Oversee liquidity, payables, receivables, and payroll to ensure smooth business operations.

Inspire & Mentor: Supervise and develop the accounting team to achieve peak performance.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

Experience: 5–7 years in accounting/finance, with at least 2–3 years in leadership

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) & advanced MS Excel

Personal Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, leadership skills, and passion for continuous improvement
