Marketing Manager - Full-Time WFH
Salary Ranges: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000 (Plus Quarterly Bonus)

About the Role
Silca Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our overall branding, digital marketing, and offline marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure strong brand presence, support e-commerce growth, and manage impactful marketing campaigns that align with Silca Coffee's business objectives.
This role requires strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. A passion for the coffee industry is a strong advantage.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for Silca Coffee across online and offline platforms.
- Strengthen brand identity, tone, and positioning to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Lead brand-building initiatives for digital, retail, B2B, and offline environments.
- Monitor brand performance, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership
- Oversee online marketing strategies including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Enhance online presence through optimized digital campaigns targeting brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor digital KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Ensure strong alignment between digital marketing activities and e-commerce objectives.
3. Social Media & Online Content Management
- Plan and manage the social media calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead content creation and community engagement to grow brand presence.
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
- Oversee copywriting, content quality assurance, and message consistency.
4. E-Commerce & Marketplace Support
- Work closely with the E-Commerce team to support marketing needs for Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and the Silca website.
- Support listing optimization, keyword strategy, creative updates, product bundles, and campaign promotions.
- Provide data-driven marketing recommendations to improve traffic and conversion.
5. 360° Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and mega sales.
- Handle campaign strategy, mechanics, messaging, creative requirements, timelines, and reports.
- Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaign objectives.
6. Offline Marketing & Brand Activation
- Manage offline branding initiatives such as trade shows, events, pop-ups, sampling activities, and retail merchandising.
- Oversee production of promotional materials: brochures, packaging, flyers, signage, and event assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all physical touchpoints.
7. Creative Direction & Asset Production
- Provide guidance to the Graphic Artist and creative team on all visual/material outputs.
- Review and approve marketing collaterals to ensure high creative, technical, and brand quality.
- Lead the development of photoshoots, video productions, digital creatives, and print materials.
8. Coordination With External Agencies
- Serve as the main point of contact for creative agencies, media agencies, PR firms, and production partners.
- Prepare detailed briefs, oversee deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Evaluate agency performance and manage budgets effectively.
9. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance across all marketing channels (digital metrics, campaign results, brand KPIs).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and provide actionable recommendations.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
10. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the marketing budget for ads, creatives, agency fees, events, and materials.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize marketing impact.
- Oversee procurement of marketing assets and vendor coordination.
11. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, guide, and mentor members of the marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Operations departments to support business objectives.
- Improve workflows, processes, and communication for seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Meta/Google/TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, content strategy).
- Experience in coordinating with external agencies (creative, media, PR).
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
- Plus: Coffee lover or coffee drinker — passion for the coffee industry is highly valued.

● Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
● Monthly to Quarterly in-person meeting (either in Manila, Makati, BGC, or Silang, Cavite)
● Approximate time requirement – 40 hours per week
● Probationary Period: 6 months
