Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Masteral degree is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning within the power or renewable energy sector, preferably with photovoltaic project experience;
  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project;
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to align design, procurement, and construction timelines;
  • Highly responsible, strong logical thinking, and able to maintain schedule awareness and execution under pressure.
  • Candidate should be willing to be assigned to San Isidro, Leyte. Priority will be given to applicants who can start immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and optimize overall and phase-specific project timelines using construction drawings, goals, and contracts.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, analyze deviations, prepare regular reports, and implement early warning mechanisms for delays.
  • Resource & Plan Coordination: Ensure timely resource allocation and integration of schedules across departments and disciplines.
  • Tools & Systems Utilization: Use project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for scheduling, data visualization, and progress tracking.
  • Communication & Meetings: Lead coordination meetings, maintain clear communication with clients and contractors, and resolve schedule-related issues.
  • Risk & Contingency Management: Identify schedule risks early and develop effective contingency plans to mitigate potential delays.
