- Assist in planning daily schedules for production and installation teams.
- Track progress of each ongoing project and flag delays immediately.
- Prepare daily operations updates for the Operations Manager.
Communication & Alignment
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Installation, and Sales on requirements.
- Ensure all teams receive clear instructions, timelines, and updates.
- Relay issues or risks early and propose solutions.
Project Monitoring
- Check material availability and readiness before dispatch.
- Verify site readiness and installation requirements.
- Review completion reports and ensure proper documentation.
Quality & Process Support
- Help maintain checklists, logs, and standard procedures.
- Monitor adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Assist with process improvements to reduce errors and rework.
Admin & Reporting
- Compile daily and weekly reports for operations.
- Document minutes, task lists, and follow-ups from meetings.
- Support operations in client coordination when needed.
