About the role

Philex Sea & Air Inc. is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver 4 wheels to join our dynamic team in Intramuros Manila City Metro Manila. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to our valued customers, playing a crucial role in our company's success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate a 4-wheeled delivery vehicle to transport packages to their destination
  2. Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road
  3. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including package details and delivery times
  4. Provide excellent customer service by delivering packages in a courteous and professional manner
  5. Assist with loading and unloading of packages as needed
  6. Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to ensure efficient delivery operations

What we're looking for

  1. Valid driver's licence with at least 2 years of experience in driving 4-wheeled delivery vehicles
  2. Candidates with minor traffic violations on their driving record will be considered
  3. Strong navigational skills and knowledge of the local area
  4. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  5. Ability to lift and handle packages of up to 50lbs
  6. Punctual, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Basic English and Filipino language skills
