Job Goal / Rationale

The Senior Vice President of Trust & Safety Operations is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the Trust & Safety business unit. This role requires a dynamic leader with passion, drive, and creativity to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the SVP ensures operational excellence and delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes across all client engagements. A core focus of the role is driving strong operational performance—meeting and exceeding key business metrics while proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for optimization.

The role is accountable for maintaining full compliance with internal standards and external regulations, while upholding the highest levels of integrity and transparency.

In addition to driving business results, the SVP is a champion of people-first programs—ensuring that employee engagement, development, wellness, and inclusion are central to the team's success. Every initiative is aligned with the organization's broader mission, core values, cultural norms, and policies, contributing to a safe, ethical, and empowering work environment.

Key Results Areas

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Maps-out an annual operating plan with strategic key actions, targets and measures of success including its complementing resources and tools needed by the unit to meet and / or exceed the organizational objectives
  • Ensures noiseless service delivery of the business while achieving our financial and operating goals and objectives through planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures
  • Implements that the overall organizational goals and plans are aligned to the current and future operational needs of the business while collaborating closely with senior executives
  • Represents TP Philippines in meetings, and engagements to build & maintain a strong & mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, prospective clients and other stakeholders

Growth-focused Business, Finance & Compliance

  • Upholds & promotes our TP core values, norms, standard operating policies & procedures
  • Builds and maintains our collaborative partnerships with our current & new clients to ensure that we deliver committed results according to our corporate policies
  • Drives vertical / account excellence by maintaining the quality of performance and compliance with various operational systems, norms, standards, & guides while overseeing his/her vertical's / accounts' key performance indicators:
  • Consolidates periodic progress reports of the business to map-out quick wins & long-term solutions to manage any opportunities or risks within his / her scope
  • Keeps the management updated on every aspect of the business operations including opportunities in the marketplace and any developments that may impact the business in any way
