The Aftersales Supervisor oversees aftersales operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and compliance with company standards. This role supervises the aftersales team, manages service processes, and acts as a key liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily aftersales operations, including service requests, repairs, warranties, and returns
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Monitor service performance metrics (TAT, customer complaints, service quality) and implement improvements
  • Manage and support the aftersales team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, technical, and warehouse teams for smooth aftersales processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty terms, and service standards
  • Maintain accurate aftersales records, reports, and documentation
  • Support spare parts management and inventory coordination (if applicable)
