JOB SUMMARY:

IT support provides technical assistance in managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT Assets. This role ensures smooth daily operations by troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and implementing IT best practices. Responsibilities include hardware/software support support, network monitoring, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and contributing to cybersecurity and data backup efforts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform installation, assembly, and configuration of computers, laptops, network appliances, and peripherals such as Printers, Scanners, and other related IT Assets.
  • Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
  • Act as a contact person regarding internet connection issues with coordination with immediate head and Internet Service Providers.
  • Coordinating and Reviewing the accredited vendors/suppliers regarding on business preferred requirements as needed and replacement/warranty as well.
  • Planning and Implementing IT infrastructure projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree; IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or nay related course.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a related field is required for this position,

Technical Competencies ("Know-how)

  • Strong understanding of computer and laptop assembly/disassembly, including basic trouble shooting techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of T Fundamentals, such as (but not limited to) computer systems and networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
