Social Media and Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients, and manage high-volume real estate ad campaigns with precision and speed. In this role, you will be the final point of verification, ensuring every ad is perfect before it goes live. If you have an obsession for detail and can balance efficiency with accuracy, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle for a minimum of 50 real estate ads daily, maintaining an Average Handling Time (AHT) of 10 minutes per order.
  • Serve as the primary quality control point, cross-checking all property details—such as address, number of bedrooms, and amenities—against official client websites or CRM data.
  • Follow agent instructions meticulously to ensure every campaign aligns perfectly with their specific marketing goals and listing details.
  • Create and prepare high-quality ad creatives (images and video) for platforms like Meta and Google Ads using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ensure all ad creatives and campaigns comply with platform policies and meet brand standards.
  • Use our campaign management system, BBhub, to automate and streamline high-volume ad submissions.
  • Perform a final review before publishing campaigns to catch and correct any errors, including typos, pricing issues, or broken links.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, such as duplicate listings for the same property.
  • Use tools like Google Drive to effectively store and manage all ad assets.

  • Struggle with meticulous, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tend to overlook or misinterpret written instructions.
  • Are uncomfortable with high-volume tasks and strict deadlines.
  • Cannot work quickly while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience with campaign automation or CRM tools is a plus.
  • A natural eye for detail and an ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
