Client Advocate

As a Client Advocate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients in need of legal assistance in Consumer Protection in the United States of America. Your responsibilities will include conducting client interviews, collecting case-relevant information, and facilitating the intake process.

Job Requirements for Client Advocate:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science or experience in a relevant field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to work during Pacific Standard, Mountain Standard, and/or Eastern Standard Time (i.e. graveyard shift)
- Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with clients and actively listen to their concerns.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage the intake process for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and document case-relevant information.
- Proficiency in using office software and case management systems.
- Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and maintaining ethical standards in legal intake processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
