Job Summary

Essential Job Functions

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT Services, systems and procedures including SOPs, user guides, process flows and policy manuals.
  • Writes and edits content, work instructions and procedure document based on current business rules, operational process and contract modifications.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to capture tacit and explicit knowledge, ensuring it is structured and stored in centralized repositories.
  • Works closely with operations leadership to develop and update training curriculum.
  • Participate in weekly service management meetings and project reviews to stay updated on changes and priorities.

Secondary Job Functions:

  • Monitor and improve knowledge base utilization and article creation rates using defined KPIs.
  • Maintain version control and audit trails for all documentation.
  • Continously refine documentation templates and style guides to enhance clarity and consistency.
  • Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year computer related course
  • Able to communicate well with teams
  • Knowledgeable in MS 0365
  • Able to type at an above average phase.
