The Role:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Video Strategy & Content Creation: Create and produce engaging marketing and PR videos aligned with our brand's message and objectives. Develop new ideas and storylines to make each video impactful and shareable.
  • Optimizing for Engagement: Analyze view metrics to improve video performance, including engagement rates, click-throughs, and overall viewer retention.
  • Collaboration & Creative Leadership: Take a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas, managing post-production projects, and ensuring deadlines are met. Work autonomously but also collaborate with the team when needed for creative feedback and project alignment.
  • Content Editing & Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using motion graphics, b-roll, and creative techniques. Turn talking-head videos into dynamic pieces with engaging animation and visuals.
  • Sourcing Media: Source and incorporate photos, stock video, and audio to enhance the video's narrative when needed.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize videolytics and other analytics tools to assess video performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve content effectiveness.
  • Marketing Campaign Videos: Develop videos that are strategically designed to drive traffic, conversions, and audience growth for specific offers and campaigns.
  • Maintain Digital Archive: Properly organize and maintain a digital archive of video assets, including backups and project logs.
Ideal Profile:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on video production experience, with proven success in creating videos that grow audience engagement and subscribers. You must be able to showcase past work that demonstrates your ability to achieve these results.
  • Ability to independently manage and direct video projects without needing step-by-step guidance. You should be comfortable taking ownership of creative concepts and seeing them through to completion.
  • Strong ability to craft engaging stories and structure videos with clear narratives that resonate with target audiences. Expertise in pacing, hooks, and emotional engagement is key.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, and best practices for optimizing video performance and maximizing organic reach.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Experience using analytics and video metrics to improve performance, including retention rates, click-throughs, and audience growth.
  • Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate clearly with the team. Experience in providing creative insights during collaborative sessions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines, delivering high-quality videos on time.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer - at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
  • Internet Speed - At least 100 MBPS Download speed

Schedule: Monday to Friday 5 AM EST - 1 PM EST / 5PM - 1AM PHT
