Job Description
Enterprise Architecture Leadership
  • Provide enterprise architecture leadership, governance, and strategic guidance in the design of solutions across all architecture domains and technology standards.
  • Lead the development of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, processes, visions, strategies, roadmaps, and architecture patterns to support Yondu's strategic objectives and those of its clients.
  • Define and review enterprise capability strategies and architectural policies aligned with business and client requirements.
  • Establish a strategic approach to understanding stakeholder objectives and requirements, fostering strong partnerships with clients and positioning the team as trusted architecture advisors.
  • Enforce enterprise architecture best practices to ensure operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Lead enterprise architecture engagements with client executives and oversee the definition of architecture for large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor architecture team members in translating business requirements into effective and scalable architectural strategies.
Solution Development and Delivery
  • Contribute to the development of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for system design and integration, database design, data modeling, and requirements definition and management.
  • Support sales initiatives by providing architecture consultation for complex solution evaluations, contributing to service offering definition and positioning, and recommending alternative technical solutions that improve efficiency, reusability, and long-term value.
  • Provide expert guidance in the selection, implementation, and use of database and data warehouse architectures, tools, and platforms, ensuring alignment with business and client requirements.
Technical Effort Management
  • Promote, share, and coordinate technical knowledge across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance architecture methodologies, tools, and training programs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
