About the Company:

Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange and Forex (FX) platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-Time SEA Regional Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a SEA Regional Manager to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will oversee business development and marketing strategies across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with Bitcastle's global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics. You will establish regional growth strategies, manage and mentor country managers, build strong partnerships, and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

Regional Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for Southeast Asia.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive user growth across multiple countries.
  • Monitor regional performance, KPIs, and ensure synergy between global and local teams.

Leadership & Country Oversight

  • Manage, mentor, and coordinate with local employees (e.g., Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Philippines).
  • Align country-level strategies with Bitcastle's global objectives.
  • Act as the regional representative and point of escalation for local issues.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Establish and manage relationships with payment providers, fintech partners, and regulators across SEA.
  • Drive institutional and retail partnerships to expand Bitcastle's market share.
  • Build affiliate and community networks across multiple markets.

Marketing & Brand Expansion

  • Oversee and guide country-level marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in branding while tailoring approaches to local cultures.
  • Manage influencer and affiliate strategies at a regional level.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or regional management in crypto, forex, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-country operations or managing regional teams.Strong network within fintech, payments, and crypto communities in Southeast Asia.
  • Deep understanding of regional regulatory environments for forex and crypto.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Japanese language proficiency will be good to have

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php514,043.97 per month
