In this full-time role based in Angeles City, Pampanga, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and accounts of the company, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents as required
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Experience with Xero and MYOB reconciliation (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
