The FB Ads Maker is responsible for creating high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertisements that align with campaign goals and client objectives. The role requires expertise in ad creation, audience targeting, creative optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of producing compelling ad creatives optimized for conversions, engagement, and brand visibility.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that marketing campaigns achieve maximum ROI through effective ad production and testing strategies.
1. Ad Creation & Creative Development- Produce static and video ad creatives using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Develop engaging concepts, hooks, captions, and visual layouts for FB & IG ads
- Coordinate with team members (copywriters, designers, media buyers) for creative requirements
- Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and the client's messaging
- Build and configure campaigns in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Select correct objectives (Traffic, Conversions, Leads, Engagement, etc.)
- Set up ad sets including placements, budgets, bidding, and delivery settings
- Conduct research on target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors
- Implement retargeting strategies and custom audiences
- Set up lookalike audiences when applicable
- Monitor campaign performance to determine which ads perform best
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, captions, CTAs, and formats
- Recommend adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and overall conversions
- Replace low-performing creatives with optimized versions
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports
- Track metrics such as impressions, reach, link clicks, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Document ad variations and testing results for internal review
- Ensure all ads comply with Facebook's advertising policies
- Resolve ad disapprovals or restrictions promptly
- Prepare ads in advance to meet deadlines set by clients or the marketing team
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Ability to create, test, and optimize creatives
- Knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting
- Basic to intermediate ad copywriting skills
- Ability to create graphics or basic video ads (Canva, CapCut)
- Understanding of ad structure, campaign objectives, and metrics
- Strong analytical thinking
