We are looking for an IT Security Lead to play a key role in protecting our organization's digital assets. This position will work closely with our SOC provider and internal teams to strengthen security across infrastructure, networks, and systems while ensuring employees are equipped with the right knowledge to stay secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security architecture (firewalls, SIEM, IPS, malware proxies, monitoring systems).
  • Enhance network security for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, and wireless networks.
  • Assess and address AI-related security risks.
  • Develop and enforce BYOD security policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and build mitigation strategies.
  • Manage antivirus, anti-malware, and vulnerability programs.
  • Lead phishing simulations and security awareness training.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, review SIEM alerts, and assist with vulnerability management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security staff.
  • Support forensic investigations when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNA, SANS, ITIL, ISO) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, risk management, and malware protection.
  • Experience with VAPT and scripting (Java, Python, Ruby, Perl).
  • Strong skills in policy formation, risk assessment, and incident response.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
