An Accounting Officer oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, monitor budgets, and may supervise junior staff. This role demands strong analytical skills, professional experience, and often a CPA or equivalent qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Finance Management, and other related fields.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in audits and bookkeeping and alike.
  • Working experience in the Construction Industry is a plus.
  • Certified Public Accountant is advantageous.
  • Good Communication Skills both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate to Advance knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and alike.
  • Can handle stress under pressure and can multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
