Assistant Store Custodian assists the Store Custodian in achieving store sales volume target and in doing the market development, cash management, inventory management, stores & asset management and people management of the store.

Qualifications:

  • At least college level
  • Has Professional driver's license with restriction 1 & 2 and knows how to drive motorcycle with manual clutch
  • With experience in sales & marketing
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Must be physically fit and a team player
  • Willing to work under fixed - term contract
  • Preferably lives in Candon City or willing to commute

Duties & Responsibilities:

SALES MANAGEMENT

  • Gather data to increase the number of Potential Customers.
  • Contributes new open accounts aligned with the sales volume target.
  • Assists Store Custodian in doing the Sales Management tasks.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY

  • Collects the data for the LPG Retailers, LPG Plants, price survey in the area
  • Supports the team in conducting local marketing and brand awareness program
  • Initiates to propose local marketing activities / programs / promotions to generate sales volume
  • Assists the BH in doing the Market Development and Survey tasks

CASH MANAGEMENT

  • Deposits the correct amount of store daily sales in a timely manner.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Observes FIFO method
  • Conducts inventory counts of cylinders every start & end of the day

STORE & ASSET MANAGEMENT

  • ● Performs daily maintenance checkup of assigned motorcycle before delivery (B.L.O.W.B.A.G.E.T.S).
  • Maintains cleanliness of the store and delivery motorcycle / tricycle

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months
