JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates the training schedules, Track and create reports on the results of all training and maintain training records for the company.
  • Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
  • Coordinates with the Trainors regarding on the Training schedules
  • Leads generation for possible attendees for the trainings
  • Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
  • Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house and Public training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
  • Handles inquiries regarding Public and Inhouse Trainings
  • Leads and updates the development and enhancement of Company's course curriculum
  • Develop proposals for appropriate pricing and good PNL results.
  • Leads, Drives and motivates the Telemarketing team and all related staff and functions
  • Maintains and enforce the procedures manuals on Public Trainings
  • Maintains any confidential materials and Information (ex: coursewares, speakers etc.)
  • Should not be involved on any organization/businesses that directly/indirectly compete with PASIA's training services for 5 yrs
  • Proper collection, handling and reporting of payments, exams and certifications etc

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Commerce, Behavioral Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering, or any other courses and must have good to excellent communication skills
  • Graduating Students are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on site in Makati City
  • With own laptop
