Can you take a beautiful fountain, a glowing fire pit, or a handcrafted planter and turn it into scroll-stopping YouTube content? If so, you might be the perfect fit for us

We're The Blissful Place, a U.S.-based brand that celebrates elegant outdoor living — from handcrafted planters and fountains to cozy fire pits and serene garden décor. We're looking to build and grow our YouTube presence with clean, calming, and visually polished content that reflects a high-end lifestyle.

Responsibilities include:

Monthly Tasks

Long form video:

Upload 1 long-form video per month (video is already edited and provided)

Write 2 SEO-friendly, engaging titles that grab attention

Write a keyword-optimized description with hashtags and tags

Add end screens, cards, and organize playlists

Design 2 thumbnails for A/B testing (mobile-optimized)

Shorts:

Create 5 YouTube Shorts per week (20/month) from the long-form video

Select and repurpose key clips

Write short hooks (first 1–2 seconds)

Add motion/text overlays, captions, logo, and choose the music (Envato Elements library provided)

Upload, title, tag, and schedule each Short

Perform light monthly channel maintenance, including playlist organization and visual polish

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand direction

2+ years of experience with YouTube content creation

Proficiency in CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

Thumbnail design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

Strong written English for titles and descriptions

Highly proficient with YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy or VidIQ

Reliable internet

Comfortable attending brief weekly Zoom check-ins (camera on) to stay aligned and keep the workflow smooth
