About the role

Super Candy Corporation is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our delicious candy products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to manufacture candy products
  2. Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process to maintain high standards
  3. Assist in the packaging and labelling of finished products
  4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support safe and efficient operations
  5. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food or confectionery industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  4. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production equipment
  5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
