We're an ecom business constantly launching new long form VSLs in the health, beauty, and gadgets niches.

We've edited our own VSLs for a long time, so we know what a nice edit looks like, actually taking the time to find the best scene. If you're a fast generic editor, this won't be a fit.

Who You Are:

- You've edited at least 3 direct response VSLs as paid ads.
- You understand structure, pacing, storytelling, and how to hook and hold attention.

What you'll do:

- Turn scripts + VO into high-converting VSLs
- Use UGC, b-roll, stock, motion graphics, and product overlays
- Add captions, pacing cuts, emotional storytelling
- Follow proven frameworks while bringing your creative edge

Requirements:

- 3+ VSLs edited for ecommerce ads (health/beauty/gadget preferred). You will to PROVE it's your work
- Fluent in English
- Skilled at recognizing and sourcing UGC or viral content
- Strong sense of hook-building, tension, and benefit-driven editing
- Skilled in Premiere / After Effects / Basic Motion Graphics
- BONUS: Can use AI tools (we train you)
