Someone who understands emotional editing, who knows how to build tension, move a story forward, and make a product feel undeniable.
???? What You'll Be Doing:
Editing VSL-style ads for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Using music, timing, and pacing to pull emotions
Crafting clean transitions between story beats (from problem to solution to pitch)
Layering in sound effects, text overlays, captions, zooms, punch-ins, and more
Working from provided scripts, voiceovers, and sometimes raw clips or existing examples
Modeling successful video ads and improving them with original energy
Delivering multiple variations for split testing

You're not just a video editor. You're a conversion-minded storyteller.
You know what a "winning video" looks and feels like.
You understand things like hook theory, attention spans, pacing, emotion, and CTA timing
You can work fast, take feedback, and iterate based on performance data
You can make stock footage feel cinematic and UGC feel high-value
You don't need hand-holding — just a clear goal and assets
???? Compensation:
$6/hour base pay
Bonuses for every winning video (we define "winning" by ad performance — ROAS, CTR, etc.)
Long-term, stable opportunity if you're consistently delivering solid work
