About the role

YONDU INC.' is seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust APIs and leveraging Azure cloud technologies to drive our innovative solutions. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, and offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Python-based APIs and microservices
  • Integrate Python applications with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database
  • Design and implement efficient data processing pipelines and ETL workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
  • Continuously improve code quality, maintainability, and security through best practices and code reviews
  • Mentor and train junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the team

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python development, including building REST APIs and microservices
  • Demonstrated experience in API architecture design for complex systems and applications
  • Proficient in designing and implementing Azure cloud-based solutions, including Functions, Storage, and SQL Database
  • Experience with at least two of the following Azure services: Functions, Storage, and SQL Database
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
