We don't just build teams — we bring visions to life. We're looking for a 3D Animation & Visualization Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, engineering and architecture.

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming architectural and structural concepts into compelling visual stories. You will produce animations and visualizations that not only showcase final designs but also illustrate the structural progression — from foundations and framing to completed developments. Using dynamic VFX techniques, your work will bring both the process of construction and the beauty of design to life for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create the virtual build-out of residential and commercial projects, starting from foundational elements and showcasing structural development through to final finishes.
  • Design and produce 3D animations, fly-throughs, and walkthroughs that highlight both architectural designs and construction/structural progress.
  • Translate architectural drawings, CAD plans, and 3D/structural models into realistic, visually captivating content.
  • Integrate motion graphics, VFX, and compositing techniques to enhance storytelling for both construction stages and completed builds.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure technical and structural accuracy.
  • Optimize animations for web, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual quality standards across all outputs.
  • Stay current with industry software, rendering innovations, and visualization trends.
  • Manage production timelines effectively to deliver polished outputs on schedule.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in 3D animation, VFX, and architectural/structural visualization.
  • Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar.
  • Strong rendering, motion graphics, and compositing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience producing both architectural walkthroughs and structural/construction build-up animations.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
