Job Title: Roblox 3D Modeler

Location: Remote

Description:

We are seeking a creative and efficient 3D Modeler to design and produce Roblox-ready assets using Blender. This role is focused on creating clean, optimized models that fit Roblox's style and performance requirements. The ideal candidate can work quickly without sacrificing quality and has a strong sense for stylized and game-appropriate design.

Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D models (characters, props, environments, etc.) in Blender for use within Roblox Studio.
  • Ensure models are low-poly, optimized, and compatible with Roblox performance standards.
  • Apply basic texturing and UV mapping when needed.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to match the project's artistic direction.
  • Deliver models on schedule with attention to consistency and polish.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Blender or similar 3D software.
  • Understanding of low-poly modeling and Roblox's technical limitations.
  • Ability to quickly iterate and produce assets under deadlines.
  • Strong eye for proportions, silhouette, and stylized design.
  • Portfolio or sample work showcasing 3D models.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Roblox Studio import/export pipeline.
  • Experience with stylized texturing.
  • Interest in games, anime, or fantasy genres.
