I.T Associate

I.T Associate is responsible to ensuring the accuracy, consistency and completeness of data across company systems and records. This role involves conducting data audits, encoding information and maintaining the quality of backbone photos and documents to support operational efficiency and reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Audit - Review, validate and reconcile records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

Data Encoding - Accurate input, update and maintain data in company databases and systems.

Backbone quality assurance - Ensure all backbone-related photos and documents meet quality standards before submission, storage or reporting.

• Maintain organized and secure data files both electronic and physical for easy retrieval.

• Assist in generating reports and summaries for management or project teams.

• Coordinate with different departments to correct discrepancies and update records.

• Support continuous improvement of data management processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Information Management (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational Skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and database systems.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
