The Opportunity

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Portfolio Product Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate product master data across multiple systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. This role will also involve creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) for finished goods and managing product model configurations within the Assets directory.

What You'll Do

• Assist in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of product master data across key systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Support the development and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) for finished goods under the guidance of the Portfolio Product Analyst.
• Help create and update product model configurations, ensuring accurate representation in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales) to gather and organize product information as directed.
• Support new product introductions by assisting with data entry and system setup.
• Participate in regular data audits to identify potential discrepancies and escalate issues to the Portfolio Product Analyst.
• Provide training and support for team members on data entry processes and system navigation, as needed.
• Assist in the documentation and implementation of data management best practices.
• Engage in ongoing learning related to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central functionalities relevant to the role.
• Other responsibilities are assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in product data entry or data management, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel occasionally, as needed (less than 10%)
• Exposure to data governance concepts is a plus
• Interest in or basic understanding of EV charging station products and technologies is a plus
• Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
