Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and support our marketing objectives. This role requires a highly organized and results-driven individual who can develop impactful social media strategies, engage diverse audiences, and drive brand growth through compelling content and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

  2. Create engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.

  3. Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

  4. Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaged online community.

  5. Plan, execute, and monitor targeted social media campaigns to meet specific business objectives.

  6. Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable reports.

  7. Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance performance.

  8. Provide excellent customer service through social media channels, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

  9. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment.

  10. Optimize content strategies to drive meaningful engagement, conversions, and sales results.

  11. Oversee end-to-end e-commerce activities, from content production to order fulfillment.

  12. Enhance brand awareness through consistent messaging and innovative social media initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising, or any business-related course.

  • Proven track record of success in managing social media, with hands-on experience across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, digital advertising, websites, and e-commerce.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for engaging audiences and conveying brand messages.

  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and designing visual assets.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, their best practices, and respective target audiences.

  • Ability to interpret analytics, identify trends, and evaluate the success of campaigns.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and accounts simultaneously.

  • Adaptive and responsive to new social media trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing digital campaigns effectively.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills for crafting compelling headlines, captions, and ad content.

  • Experience in building and nurturing online communities that promote engagement and loyalty.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique content and campaign ideas.

  • Self-starter with excellent multitasking capabilities and strong organizational discipline.

  • Must be residing in Manila or willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.

  • Immediate availability is required.
