We are looking for an experienced Online Handler. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and other online marketplaces. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent computer skills, and the ability to drive sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and other e-commerce platforms.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create reports, analyze data, and manage inventory.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing online sales and marketing activities on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and social media management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
