KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles and monitor evaluation timelines.
  • Maintain performance records in the database and ensure evaluations are filed in 201.
  • Process regularization requirements and prepare related employment documents.
  • Administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) including documentation, meetings, and coaching plans.
  • Manage Personnel Action Notices (PAN) for employee movements (transfers, promotions, reassignments, status changes).
  • Update Employee Masterlist and HRIS for approved changes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in performance management or HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Familiar with job portals and other HR tools
  • Knowledge of performance appraisal tools and HR policies.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Has good communication skills and keen to details.
  • Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Computer-proficient
