Job Description

The Sales Consultant/Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Angcore Motor. The Sales Agent will work closely with the sales team and management to promote the company's products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell the company's automotive products and services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, walk-in inquiries, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, preferably a resident of Davao City.
  • With 2–5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in automotive, real estate, retail, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online selling platforms.
  • With a valid driver's license and willing to travel within Davao Region for client visits.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,260.00 per month
